Now that you are ready to kickstart your journey towards building another source of income with rsrvs, how should you start and what should you list?

A good place to start is to identify items you own that are useful, that you enjoy using but only use occasionally. Chances are, someone else will also feel the same way about these items!

Listing your rental

If you are unsure whether the item can be rented, please refer to our Rental Guidelines, or reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Once you have identified the items you would like to list for rent, determine which category the item falls into, when and how you would like to rent it out, and set a rental price.

Make sure your listing description is accurate, honest and fair. Equally important are photographs that clearly showcase your item. It should be taken in a brightly lit area and the photograph should be sharp and clear. You may refer to our Guidelines for Product Photography to find out more.

Setting a rental price

A good gauge on setting the right rental price would be to place yourself in the shoes of a renter and ask yourself if you would rent the item for the price that you have set. Is it a good deal? Is the price reasonable? Compare your prices with other similar items to determine if you are setting your prices too high or too low. To find out more, refer to our Guidelines for Rentees or reach out to us if you have any other questions – we are here to help.
